Hello & Welcome! October is suicide awareness month which I am very passionate about. I lost someone very special to me to suicide many years ago and feel led to speak out. Life is not easy, for anyone, but in this online space I pray you find peace for whatever you are facing. Please know that you are not alone and I will help anyway I can. One way help is by creating space for you thoughts, for you to release and remind you that you are loved, you are not without purpose. Your thoughts are powerful, they shape your life.
