Empowering women, one birth at a time.

    Prenatal Yoga

As a trauma-informed prenatal yoga teacher, I offer a safe and supportive space for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and prepare for birth. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help you cultivate strength, confidence, and trust in your pregnancy journey.

    Physical Support

Doulas are trained to provide physical support through the use of soothing touch and massage.  Make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. This might include the use of movement and positioning, essential oils, meditation, breath work exercises, & any other comfort measures necessary.

    Advocacy/Education

Education and advocacy play such an important role for expectant mothers. Rather than speak for you, I want to encourage you to speak up for yourself & your needs during pregnancy and labor. I am also there to provide answers to the many questions you may have related to labor, delivery, & post partum.

“Doula”- Greek word meaning “woman’s servant”, over recent years has shifted in meaning “to serve”. A trained childbirth professional who provides emotional, physical, and educational support for expectant mother, active labor, or a mother who has recently given birth. The purpose of a Doula is to help women have a safe, memorable, empowering birthing experience.
